Every tool here was designed to be clear, calm, and easy to use — especially for people who benefit from structure and low visual noise.
🌱 Plans
What it does: Keeps all your goals, ideas and projects in one place — from a small idea to an active project.
How to use: Tap + Add to create a plan. Tap the status emoji to update progress. Double-tap a row to edit. Use "Hide done" to focus only on open items.
Accessibility tip: Turn off Icons and 📅 in Settings if the table feels busy. Priority and Tag columns can also be hidden for a cleaner view.
💰 Money
What it does: Tracks your bank accounts and daily income and spending. Shows your current balance at a glance.
How to use: Tap Got Money, Spent Money, Move Money or Save Toward Goal. All changes are saved automatically. Tap the eye 👁 to show or hide your balance.
Accessibility tip: You can open a full Money Planner from here for more detail. The Wish List keeps your saving goals in one place.
🌿 My Day
What it does: A daily check-in for how you feel — mood, energy, sleep, medication, and activities.
How to use: Fill in the cards each day. Tap the emoji that matches your mood. Check any activity you did. View your past entries in History.
Accessibility tip: Each card can be opened or closed. Start with just mood if everything else feels like too much.
📅 Calendar
What it does: Opens your shared Google Calendar in a new tab.
How to use: Enable the Calendar tab in Settings above, then tap it any time to see your schedule. Requires being signed in.
Accessibility tip: Useful if you like seeing your week before starting tasks. Keep it off if it creates too much visual noise.
🗒️ Quick Check
What it does: A fast one-tap check-in for mood and medication — takes under 30 seconds.
How to use: Tap your mood emoji, check your meds, done. No writing needed.
Accessibility tip: Great for days when full journaling is too much. Use this instead of My Day on hard days.
🌸 Cycle Tracker
What it does: Tracks your monthly cycle phases so you can understand your energy and mood patterns.
How to use: Log your cycle start date. The app shows which phase you are in and what to expect.
Accessibility tip: Knowing your cycle phase can help explain mood swings or low energy days — not something to worry about, just useful information.
🗺️ Roadmap for Life
What it does: A visual life milestone tracker — big life goals organized in phases, like a game you are winning.
How to use: Tap any step to update its status (Not started, Working on it, I did it!). Add a personal note or goal date. Rename steps or add new phases in Roadmap Settings.
Accessibility tip: The phases break big goals into smaller, less overwhelming pieces. You can rename any step to match your own words and goals.
🧘 Calm Corner
What it does: Breathing exercises, grounding activities, body movements, brain games and calming sounds — all in one place.
How to use: Open the Calm tab any time you feel overwhelmed, anxious or just need a pause. Choose Feel, Breathe, Body, Brain, or Sound.
Accessibility tip: Designed for sensory regulation. The activities are short (1–5 minutes) and have clear instructions. No reading required for most exercises.
